Injection Moulding
One of the key activities of Joalpe is injection moulding.
We have a wide range of machines, with production capacity of up to 1,300 tons, covering automatic and robotic machinery.
This allows us to produce on a large scale to satisfy the demands of multiple large retailers.
In addition, in order to minimize the environmental impact of our activities, any waste generated in the manufacturing process is recycled and used in further production activity
Extrusion
We currently have 6 fixed extrusion machines allowing flexibility to either produce different profiles or to concentrate on a single product.
Our collection of extrusion lines produces an extensive variety of extruded products.
In addition, we have amassed a large collection of tools for production of all the major varieties of scanning rail and ticket holders.
The scale and length of our production runs allow us to minimize set-up costs and produce at lower cost.
Wood and Derivatives Processing
We guarantee quality products from our wood processing factory.
The industrial carpentry and CNC equipment in our wood processing factory gives us the opportunity to produce quality wood and plywood products such as display cabinets, till and counter units, wall bays, and display tables for use in retail stores.
Acrylics / PET / PVC Processing
Product customisation is a vital part of the services offered by Joalpe.
Our selection of solvent printing machines and laser cutting equipment allows us to customise the products we produce with logos or sales messages, in order to meet the specific needs of our retail customers.
PET and PETG are the key polymers included in the customisation process.
